North of Deer River Minnesota on Hwy 46 for 23 miles. Left on Dixon/South Round Lake Road for 10 miles. |
Parking
One designated accessible parking spaces. Located near the ramp in front of the lodge. Parking space is 12 feet wide. Accessible aisle is 4 feet wide. Nearby ramps well marked. |
Entrance
Located at the Main Lodge. Five exterior steps, each 7 inches high. Handrails on left/right. Ramp provided. No automatic doors. Doors easily opened. One entry door, 36 inches wide, opens in with knob located 35 inches above the floor. No steps inside the lobby. |

Ramp leading to the restaurant and lounge. Luggage handling available. Signage printed in contrasting colors. Non-smoking rooms not available. |
Accommodations
CABINS: One wheelchair accessible cabin, located lake side. Housekeeping. Type and number of beds in accessible cabin: 3 single, 1 double. Additional sleeping: 1 sleep sofa, 1 cot. Bed on a frame with no obstruction beneath. Unnecessary furniture removed upon request. 60 inch circular clearspace in cabin and in bathroom. Sill at bathroom door. Bathroom door is 36 inches wide. Grab bar in bathtub. No roll-in showers. Clearance under the sink is 26 inches. Handrails with toilet. 19 inch toilet seat height. Large digit display alarm clocks. Lever handles on doors. Lowered thermostats. Lowered light switches. Extended drapery rod pulls.
CAMPGROUNDS: Camping spaces have electrical hook-up, water, sewer hook-up. Personnel are available to assist with hook-up. |

Eight tables for guests in wheelchairs. Tables are 26 inches high, located in the Main Lodge. Aisle width between tables is 36 inches. Menus printed on non-glossy surface. |
Public Restrooms
Located in the Main Lodge. Accessible without steps. Doors 36 inches wide, open in. Turns are required to enter. Accessible stalls with handrails. 19 inch toilet seat height, 21 inches between commode and wall. Clearance under the sink is 27 inches. Accessible stall checked regularly for obstructions. Unisex or companion assisted rest rooms available. |

Safety Procedures
Wheelchair guests routinely assigned to first floor rooms. Front desk personnel routinely made aware of guests with disabilities, and their type, in case of emergency. Additional emergency measures for wheelchair/ mobility impairment, visual impairment, hearing impairment: escort outside. |

Additional Information
